What this benefit is

Buyers abroad increasingly expect fast, local delivery. FLOW helps create that infrastructure — overseas warehouses, fulfilment arrangements, display centres and e-commerce export hubs — so Indian exporters can store and deliver closer to their customers.

Important: FLOW funds the bodies that build this capacity — Export Promotion Councils, logistics and warehousing providers, and industry associations — rather than paying individual exporters directly. The way you benefit is by using these facilities. We help you find the right route and connect with your Council.

How to access this (it's proposal-based)

FLOW support is proposal-based — applications are made on trade.gov.in and routed through committees, typically by your Export Promotion Council or a logistics provider. As an exporter you don't file an Intent-to-Claim here; instead we help you engage the right Council and facility.
