On 17th October 2025, the Export Import Leadership Institute by Viral Shah (EILI) organized an industrial exposure visit to Adani Port, Hazira, for more than 50 candidates to provide practical insight into port operations and international logistics execution.
The visit was designed to help students understand how large-scale export-import activities are managed at modern private ports and how coordination between terminals, shipping lines, customs, and logistics partners ensures smooth global trade movement.
During the visit, participants observed:
- Live container handling and terminal operations
- Export cargo movement and port-level workflow
- Role of port infrastructure in global logistics efficiency
- Coordination between shipping stakeholders
- Safety practices and operational discipline at the port
- Technology-driven systems used in modern port management
This real-world exposure helped candidates visualize how shipments move beyond documentation into actual execution, strengthening their confidence in handling export-import operations professionally.
