At Export Import Leadership Institute by Viral Shah (EILI) (“EILI”, “Institute”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we maintain a strict refund framework to ensure operational discipline and fairness to all participants.
By enrolling in any of our programs, courses, workshops, consultations, or purchasing any digital product, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Principle
All payments made to EILI are considered final and binding.
Refunds are granted only under limited circumstances as defined in this policy and at the sole discretion of the Institute.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
A refund request will only be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The request is sent strictly via email to: info@exportimportinstitute.com
- The course, training, webinar, recording, or digital material has not been accessed, downloaded, attended, or consumed in any form.
- The batch has not already commenced.
If any session has been attended (even partially), or any material accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of time or scheduling conflicts
- Failure to attend sessions
- Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
- Subscription-based services
- Time-sensitive or limited-seat programs
- Discounted, promotional, or special offer purchases
- Installment-based payments (once processed)
- Failure to read course details before enrolment
All registrations are strictly non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by EILI.
4. Refund Review Process
- All eligible refund requests will undergo internal review.
- EILI reserves the right to request additional clarification or documentation.
- Approval or rejection of a refund request shall be communicated via email.
- The decision of the Institute shall be final and binding.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only, subject to payment gateway policies.
- If the original payment method does not support reversal, the Institute may issue an account credit, at its discretion.
Any payment gateway charges, processing fees, taxes (including GST), or administrative deductions may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
6. Institutional Cancellation
If a program is cancelled by EILI due to operational reasons, participants may be offered:
- Transfer to another batch, OR
- Refund as per internal policy
The Institute shall not be liable for any indirect costs such as travel, accommodation, visa fees, or business loss.
7. Dispute & Misuse Clause
Any attempt to misuse the refund system, initiate chargebacks without valid grounds, or make false claims may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Blacklisting from future programs
- Legal recovery proceedings, if required
