- Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may invite legal action.

All course materials, presentations, frameworks, recordings, documents, strategies, and proprietary systems provided by EILI remain the exclusive intellectual property of EILI and/or Viral Shah.

4. Attendance & Certification
- Certification will only be granted upon full attendance and compliance with course requirements.
- Late entry, early exit, misconduct, or non-participation may result in denial of certification at the Institute’s sole discretion.
- Certification does not guarantee business success, income, or regulatory approval.
5. Photography & Media Consent
By attending any EILI program (online or offline), you grant permission to:
- Capture photographs and video recordings
- Use your name, image, voice, or likeness for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes
You release EILI from any claims related to such authorized usage.
If you wish to withdraw consent for future promotional use, you must notify us in writing. Withdrawal will apply prospectively only.
