📌 Terms & Conditions (Visa & Flight Related)

  1. Flight booking VISA application से पहले की जाएगी, क्योंकि airfare में अचानक price increase होने की possibility रहती है।
  2. यदि VISA grant नहीं होता है, तो flight cancellation charges participant को pay करने होंगे।
  3. Visa approval पूरी तरह Chinese Embassy के discretion पर निर्भर है।
  4. Organizers visa rejection या visa delay के लिए responsible नहीं हैं।
  5. Visa fees non-refundable होती है।
  6. Visa rejection की स्थिति में re-application charges participant को bear करने होंगे।
  • Advance payment पर ही seat confirmation
  • Balance payment तय timeline के अनुसार
  • सभी payments non-refundable हैं (जब तक specifically mention न किया गया हो)
  • Participant द्वारा cancellation: No refund
  • Visa rejection case में केवल refundable components (अगर कोई हों) consider होंगे
